The "providers" being the doctor, the nurses, the techs, and other folks was exceptional. The front desk on the way out was not comfortable at all. On the way in they were very helpful and courteous. No one was rude. I am just a bit uncomfortable with them not being able to access appointments as the doctor request and now fear I will not get a follow up appointment any time soon!
